[OmniOS-discuss] pfSense IPv6 DAD messages

I am on r14 LTS on all of my systems.

Installing pfSense I see the following in the system log; 1000's of them on all interfaces:

em0: a looped back NS message is detected during DAD for fe80:1::8:20ee:fed2:125. Another DAD probes are being sent.

The only posts I could find date back to 2013 with no resolution that I could find.

Would using the virtio instead of e1000 resolve this?
