You're not providing nearly enough information here.

pfSense doesn't work on stock OmniOS (or any illumos distro).  Are you installing pfSense on a KVM VM in OmniOS?  I've seen the duplicate packet issues on KVM guests like you said.  And when you say e1000, do you mean to the guest? Or from the host?

Please be a bit more specific.
